Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel your booking before the samagri kit or vehicle has been dispatched from our facility, a full 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please notify us immediately by calling +91 99717 41854.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Due to the nature of our fast-response service, if the team/vehicle is already in transit to your location, a cancellation fee (equivalent to transportation charges) will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Once the samagri has been delivered and accepted at the location, for hygiene and religious purity reasons, the items cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed immediately from our end. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
