By using the Moksh Sanskar platform and booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our services constitute the delivery of funeral samagri kits and the arrangement of associated services (vehicles, personnel) as outlined in the package details.
We strive to dispatch all orders immediately. While we guarantee an immediate response and dispatch, actual arrival times (typically 30-90 minutes) are subject to traffic conditions and exact distance. Moksh Sanskar is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
All prices listed are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed as per the terms agreed upon during booking. We reserve the right to modify prices, but such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate location details and ensure someone is present to receive the samagri. The user must also ensure all local regulations regarding last rites are adhered to at their chosen location.
